Day THREE of Seven Days of Encouragement with Ms. Ongel

Bible Verse: Joshua 8:1 “And the Lord said unto Joshua, fear not, neither be thou dismayed, take all the people of war with thee, and arise, go up.”

Have you ever had to compete against someone and wanted to quit during the competition because you were fearful that you would not be the winner? If your answer is “YES”, I want you to know that you are NOT the only one. However, I must encourage you to develop the mindset and heart of a Champion. A champion is confident that regardless of the situation he/she will come out victorious. It is true that a champion faces his/her opponent head on without fear because they have set their heart on finishing the game or war as “the champion”. A Champion is built during challenging times because he/she spends time preparing to win against all odds, as a result emerges as a conqueror (overcomer).

Sis, Listen! I need you to understand that there is a “Champion” on the inside of you that the Lord has awaken in this very season. This is important for you to know, so that you can “Arise” and take your position in the earth. Some of you may be saying “Ongel do you realize this Corona Virus is winning and many are dismayed”? My answer to you is this: I am aware of the Corona Virus Pandemic because I try my very best to stay informed. Also, I want you to know that this Virus is not going to “Win” because the Lord is capable of muting its movement. Corona Virus is no match with the Lord Almighty

Sis, we are in a battle ring, and Joshua 8:1 tells me that it’s time for us to “Arise and live in this season without fear”. I am challenging you to take all your quarantine time and build your self-confidence around the word of God. By doing so you will win against all odds. Know that you are a champion and this is your season of victories. Now is not the time to walk in fear because it will cripple your forward movement in life, let alone this Pandemic.

Lastly, almost everyone I’ve met over the years have expressed that they have some type of fear as they journey through life. Many of us are reassured when our love ones say: “You can do it”, or “You have what it takes” to WIN against all odds. The truth of the matter is “You can do it, and those around you are waiting on you to “Arise” in this season.

Please know that my prayers are with YOU during this difficult time. I stand in agreement with you for healing & peace if you or your love one is affected by Corona Virus.

May you flourish in your God given Assignment.
